Takitos are digital content: they're added to your account as soon as the payment goes through. Before paying, you ask for them right away and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once they're added, as EU, UK and Swiss law allow for digital content.
Takitos are sold by our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), the merchant of record. Paddle's refund policy (paddle.net) applies too, and refunds are paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with.
If something goes wrong (you paid but got no Takitos, you were charged twice, or the purchase didn't work), write to us at claritygamedev@gmail.com or to Paddle at paddle.net within 14 days, and we'll fix it or refund you.
When a payment is refunded or charged back, the Takitos it bought are taken back from your balance. If they were already spent, the next Takitos you get pay them back first.
Free Takitos are never sold, so there is nothing to refund for them.
